Baccarat Hotel & Residences is an innovative modern ultra—class project located in Downtown Dubai, almost next to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The commissioning of the first multifunctional complex in the Emirates under the leadership of Baccarat was planned for the beginning of 2023. The implementation of the object is carried out with the help of the investment company Shamal Holding, in collaboration with the developer H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts. The design direction was developed in the famous architectural bureau Studio Libeskind and Studio 1508 London.

The project plans include a residential complex of two towers in an original crystal–like format. Since the architectural design incorporates the concept of a luxurious crystal theme from the legendary French brand Baccarat with its 250-year history, the facades of the main project are planned to be dazzling and iridescent, perfectly capturing the essence of the concept. The residential complex provides for the presence of 144 hotel rooms and 49 private residences.

In the first skyscraper, there will be apartments with 2-4 bedrooms, which will be located at the level of 19-37 floors. From the 39th to the 43rd floor, four penthouses with 4-5 bedrooms are supposed to be available. In particular, a single duplex penthouse is planned there. The real estate sizes range from 199 sq. m. to 1,216 sq. m. From the windows of the dwelling, it will be possible to contemplate the Burj Khalifa and the panorama of the city. Penthouses will allow you to see the full-panorama landscape of the surrounding area. All residences will have large terraces. At the entrance to the tower, the owners of the apartments will be greeted by an exquisite grand salon with a view of the Burj Khalifa.
