Como Residences is one of the most famous projects in Dubai from the popular Nakheel construction company. The residential complex is located on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island and is a full-fledged tower with a height of 300 m, comprising 75 floors. The construction of the building assumes the following levels – underground, and three podium levels. The company chose an original shape for the future complex resembling the form of a seashell.
