The Sobha One complex is a prestigious project from the well–known Sobha Realty company. This international developer presented it at the end of 2022 at the Cityscape exhibition. Location of Sobha One is a popular Ras Al Khor district. It will include 5 tall buildings. Minimum – 33 floors, maximum – 65 floors. A total of 2,700 residential options are available for purchase.
